The Product

Hexurethane WB1 is a single ¬component highly elastic, cold cure, tough, water based polyurethane coating meant primarily for waterproofing and protection. It is meant for usage on roofs, floor and walls of workshops, offices, food and drug processing units, warehouses, bathrooms and kitchens. It provides an impact and abrasion resistant tough coating capable of withstanding mechanical wear and tear, attack from dilute acid and alkalis, fungal decay etc. on the substrate coated upon. It is available as a milky white liquid which on drying leaves a glass like clear membrane.

Application Methodology

1. Remove dust, flakes, oil, grease etc. by manual cleaning with wire, coir brush or by grinding wheel.
2. Newly laid concrete and wall plasters should be 28 days old for natural curing before coating it with Hexurethane WB1.
3. For best results, apply two coats of properly mixed Hexurethane WB1 on prepared and moistened surface at the minimum suggested interval of eight hours by brush or spray. First coat should be allowed to dry tack free before application of the second coat. For a single coat finish a spread of 1 litre per square metre by brush or roller of 1000 micron wet film thickness will dry up to 350-400 dry film thickness.
4. Wash of all equipments with plenty of water immediately after use.

Health & Safety

Use mask, hand gloves and goggles during application. Clean hands with soap water after application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of unlikely contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, cleanse with soap in lukewarm water and ask for expert medical advice. Never use solvent to clean the contacted areas. If swallowed inadvertently, immediately seek medical advice.

Packing, Storage & Shelf Life

Available in 20 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg packs. Store in cool and dry place under shed away from heat. Six months from manufacturing date in original unopened sealed condition.
